2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer various shipping options to ensure timely delivery:

3. SHIPPING COSTS

🚚 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • P.O. Boxes (for express shipping)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)

5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

🔹 Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
🔹 Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email info@dollycarenie.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
🔹 Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or weather-related disruptions.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

🚨 Order Modifications:

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After the 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled, but returns may be requested after receiving the item.
