  • Unopened and Unused Products: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a return, exchange, or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return due to damage or defect.

Note: Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective or damaged.
